Dr. Ogden is a native of the DFW area. He started his first and only practice in Lewisville in 1993. He attended medical school at Texas Tech University. His internship was at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and he completed his residency in Pediatrics at the University of California, Irvine. He enjoys all aspects of general pediatric medicine from the care of the newborn to the transitional care into adult medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and has been Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics since 1994. He is the proud father of one daughter who is currently in college> He enjoys traveling and attending her beach volleyball matches across the country.
Kathryn Levy, M.D.
Dr. Levy has been practicing in general pediatrics for 23 years. She enjoys her work at Lake Lewisville Pediatrics and working on quality of care issues in the community. She is a magna cum laude graduate from University of Texas at Austin and attended medical school at University of Texas in Galveston. She completed her Pediatric internship and residency at University of Tennessee La Bonhuer Children’s Hospital in Memphis. Dr. Levy is also Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a mom, wife, gardener, dog walker, high school band volunteer, traveler, cook and lover of the great outdoors.
Esteliz Gillett, DMSc, PA-C
Esteliz has been a Physician Assistant for 17 years. She loves working with people and is passionate about patient care, because every life counts. Her background includes pediatrics and family practice working with diverse cultures in Texas (Dallas Metroplex and Rio Grande Valley) and most recently, New Zealand!
She speaks fluent English, Spanish and Tagalog. Prior to the pandemic, she began volunteering to open a clinic in a rural Guatemalan Mayan village called Tabacal every year for 5 years. She has resumed her yearly visits in June of 2023.
Her training includes a Doctor of Medical Science Degree (Advanced Clinical Practice) in 2021, Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2008, and Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2006.
She is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. She loves to teach about proper nutrition to maintain one’s health and prevent chronic illnesses. She integrates holistic nutrition with medicine, adding spice to her practice.
She and her family (husband and son) enjoy being immersed in nature. They like to hike, swim, bike and scuba dive. She also enjoys singing, playing guitar, and figure skating. Their son graduated in May of 2023 from Southern Methodist University with a major in Civil Engineering and a minor in Mechanical Engineering. He was also commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army and a recipient of the Army ROTC Scholarship.
Practice Manager
Tammy Russell, CCS-P
Tammy is the Practice Manager at Lake Lewisville Pediatrics. She has more than 30 years of experience in medical practice management, billing and coding regulations. She is responsible for managing our staff and directing our daily financial and practice operations.
Tammy enjoys spending time with her four daughters, two grandchildren and three fur babies. She spends her free time exploring, hiking at Lewisville Lake, attending soccer games to cheer on her daughter, spending time with family and working on DIY home renovation projects.
Lake Lewisville Pediatrics does not outsource our billing. We will not redirect your financial concerns to an outside billing service. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your balance or insurance, please contact our office directly.

Staff
We have a group of hardworking and experienced staff. Their primary responsibility is to respect the dignity, confidentiality, and privacy of our patients. The friendly front office staff is responsible for maintaining patient demographics and insurance records. They perform routine duties associated with patient scheduling, check-in, check-out and referrals. Our dedicated nursing staff is responsible for telephone triage and assisting physicians in taking care of our patients. We offer staff fluent in Spanish.
